Ken Summers
I would like to introduce a good friend of mine, a colleague in the paranormal industry, Ken Summers who resides in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Ken founded the paranormal research group called Moonspenders (later known as Haunted Cuyahoga) in 1999, and though they have disbanded since, he continues his trek across Ohio re-investigating ghost stories of locations that are not as well-known, if only to some local Ohioans, as well locations that have little or no history of hauntings.
Although Ken has also been associated with other paranormal groups such as M.A.J.D.A., Spiritseekers of Ohio and the Upper Midwest Ghost Society, it is his single interest to investigate ghosts and hauntings in order to collect and document any possible proof of their existence while leaving it up to the reader to determine if the location is actually haunted - or not. Ken’s reputation proceeds him, as he has been featured in the Cleveland Scene Magazine. The Akron Beacon Journal accompanied Ken on an investigation and wrote an article based on research compiled throughout the night. He was even featured on Cleveland News Channel 5 to discuss the feasible proof that was captured by Spiritseekers!
Last but not least, Ken is an intelligent, talented, unique, promising writer who has already published one book called Haunted Cuyahoga: Spirits of the Valley. His second book is in the works and will definitely be worth checking out upon its release in the near future! To order Ken's first book please visit this site: www.lulu.com/moonspenders
Ken was featured on a local Cleveland television morning show Halloween special to discuss “Hell Town” and the other stories he wrote about in his first book. Ken was also featured on That’s Life with Robin Swoboda for the Halloween 2008 special, News Channel 8. Ken's next book is just about completed at the publisher and will be available for purchase soon!
